Aram Kuyumjian, Lawyer and Legal Translator
Hi there! I’m Aram, a French-to-English legal translator and the founder of Traductions nexus, a translation service based in Montreal.
I grew up in Montreal and am fluent in both English and French, acquired from an early age. Also, as a bilingual lawyer, I effortlessly switched between both languages.
After around 10 years of practice, I decided to use my language skills and legal knowledge to help businesses and professionals across Quebec and Canada with their translation needs. When needed, I collaborate with other French-to-English jurilinguists to ensure top-notch quality service.
I earned my bachelor’s in law from Université Laval. I also obtained a bachelor’s degree in political science from Concordia University, and a French-to-English translation certificate from the University of Toronto.
I’m a member of the Barreau du Québec and a certified translator with the Ordre des traducteurs, terminologues et interprètes agréés du Québec (OTTIAQ). For a full list of my memberships, click here.
In my free time, I enjoy being out in nature, working out and reading books.
